FEMA's mission is to provide a long-term, stable, growth-oriented career for each employee. We achieve this mission by supplying products and services which continuously exceed our customers' expectations.

FEMA employees share ownership of the company through our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). Shared ownership means a shared commitment to the growth of our organization and a sense of community as we work together to create innovative products and processes. FEMA employees develop themselves for new challenges and demonstrate the ability to work as a team to solve problems and improve quality. FEMA employees are exceptionally responsive to the needs of both our internal and external customers. We look for individuals who have the self-confidence, drive and determination required to get a job done and to handle above average responsibilities early in their careers.

FEMA encourages learning and growth within our organization by providing educational benefits such as tuition reimbursement, seminars and in-house training. We also have an Engineering Scholarship Program for engineering students that we feel will fit our requirements for future Project Engineers. FEMA offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes health and dental benefits, a 401(k) plan, a Profit Sharing Retirement Plan and the ESOP. FEMA Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
